Turkey surprise with sweet potato mash

I've called this one Turkey surprise as I literally had no idea what to call it! I guess maybe it's more of a stir-fry?
But I have noticed on cooking programs, when it's a bit of a concoction, they always put 'surprise' in the title!

So there we have it, S&S turkey surprise! Here's the deets ↓↓↓

Turkey Breast
Cherry Toms
Garlic Olive Oil
Soy Sauce
Sweet Potato

Drizzle some garlic olive oil in a fryiing pan and add in the chopped onions, chopped cherry
toms and chopped mushrooms.

Once softened add in the chopped turkey breast, stir and cook through.

Drizzle in some soy sauce, as much or as little as you like!

Stir in the chopped asparagus

While that's cooking away, in another pan boil up some sweet potato.

Once they're nice and soft, drain and mix some butter in and mash away.

And serve.

The turkey mix was really tasty, but the jury's still out for me with the sweet potato mash. It's the first time
I've ever made sweet potato mash and I felt the texture was quite 'wet'. I put a drop of garlic olive oil in it to
tone down the taste.

Please let me know if you have some great recipes or tips on how to cook
sweet potatoes!

Hope you enjoy!
